Delicious.

Our BBQ dishes are a vibrant and flavourful culinary experience. Known for its rich history and diversity, Ethiopian cuisine offers a delightful combination of spices with fresh and healthy ingredients.

Our meat dishes are grilled to perfection, mixed with spices to create bold and complex flavours. Our vegan dishes are a colourful assortment of vegetables and lentils. All of our meals are served with the traditional injera, a spongy, sour and gluten-free flatbread made from gluten-free teff flour.

Gebeta (ገበታ) means “large plate” in Amharic. Sharing meals is deeply ingrained in Ethiopian culture, where friends and family gather around a communal platter to share a bite.

We are a group of friends, bound by our culinary passion and respect for our heritage, on a mission to introduce the rich and diverse flavours of Ethiopia to the crowds. We partner with local butchers and providers to source high-quality meat and fresh ingredients.

Combining traditional recipes passed down through generations with innovative twists, we want to take you on a journey to the Ethiopian highlands, where hearty injera, aromatic stews, and vibrant spices invite taste buds to dance.
